  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification confirming that your package has been prepared for shipment.

Delivery Timeline

    • 10–15 business days for remote or international regions

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery Only
All orders must be paid in full upon delivery. Zevik Explore does not accept online payments at this time.
Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to receive the package and make the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, we may contact you to arrange a second attempt. If repeated delivery fails, the order may be canceled.
