Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective or non-functional

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or invoice)

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Return Process
If your return is approved:

  • We will coordinate a return pickup or provide instructions for returning the item
  • You must securely package the item to prevent further damage
  • Returns must be sent within 7 days of approval

Refund Policy
we only accept Cash on Delivery.

  • If your return is accepted and you had paid at the time of delivery, we will issue a refund in cash at the time of product pickup or offer a replacement item, based on your preference
  • In case of replacement, the new item will be delivered to you without additional charges

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after the 48-hour window
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
